Patient Participation Group

Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) are based at most GP practices and meet on a regular basis to discuss the services on offer and how improvements can be made.

The PPG represents the views of patients to the practice’s doctors and their colleagues. Patient groups consider things such as the quality of care, appointments, and opening times and work with practices to make improvements.

The practice has an active PPG group who meet every 2 months. This is a platform for patients to express their views. You can write to them directly using the practice address. The PPG can be contacted via reception.

Surveys

The PPG will occasionally conduct a survey with participating patients. You can submit your e mail address with consent for them to use for this purpose.

Other surveys are done regularly to check patient satisfaction.
